If you're interested in volunteering for upcoming events, please complete the form below.

Volunteers can assist Joy Is Giving in a variety of meaningful ways, including:

1. General Assistance at an Event
   Help at the welcome table or silent auction tables, serve food or non-alcoholic beverages, set up, clean up, entertainment, assist the photographer or videographer, or run a specific part of the event.
2. Event Planning and Coordination
   Assist in organizing, setting up, and running fundraising events, including managing logistics and guest services.
3. Marketing and Outreach
   Help promote events through social media, email campaigns, and community outreach to increase visibility and attract attendees.
4. Grant Writing and Research
   Research potential grant opportunities and assist with writing proposals to secure funding for future events and operations.
5. Partnership Development
   Help establish relationships with local businesses, vendors, and other organizations to secure venues, sponsorships, and resources for events.
6. Fundraising Support
   Participate in direct fundraising efforts by coordinating silent auctions and raffles.
7. Graphic Design and Content Creation
   Design marketing materials such as ads to help promote Joy Is Giving’s mission and events.
8. Volunteer Recruitment and Management
   Help recruit and/or manage other volunteers to ensure a successful event or initiative.
9. Event Photography and Videography
   Capture photos or videos of our fundraising events to use in promotional materials and on social media.
10. Public Speaking and Hosting
    Volunteer to serve as an event host or speaker, introducing the nonprofit beneficiaries and engaging with attendees.
